Here in this blog, we shall briefly discuss 4 such entrepreneurs.   We shall be including Indian women entrepreneurs in India, meaning those who operate within India, not abroad,

  1. Vandana Luthra

Vandana Luthra created VLCC. One of the oldest well-being and beauty brands in India, VLCC was started on a small scale with limited resources on loan. Over the years, VLCC has become a brand in itself making Vandana one of the pioneers of women entrepreneurship in India. 

  1. Khusboo Jain 

After spending over a decade in the fashion industry, Khusboo Jain, in 2014, set out to establish ImpactGuru.com, a crowdsourcing platform for patients. With a mission to offer support to people who could not afford medical expenses, ImpactGuru went on to help thousands of patients. Her altruistic approach to entrepreneurship is commendable and applaudable.  A valuable name in the conversation around female entrepreneurs in India, she was sure to be included in our list.

  1. Pranshu Bhandari Patni 

Next on the list of female entrepreneurs in India, we have Pranshu whose achievements got her listed in Forbes 30 Under 30. She created Hello English, an English language learning platform. At present Hello English is being used by approximately 50 million people, bagging accolades like India’s Best Mobile App and Google’s Best of 2016 Apps.

She started Ampere Electric, a company that primarily manufactures electric scooters. Bringing a revolution in the Indian automobile scenario, Hemalatha has successfully registered herself in the list of female entrepreneurs to look up to.
